This policy explains what personal data DiVotek collects through divotek.com, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

DiVotek, Krutohirnyi descent, 14, Dnipro, 49000, Ukraine, is the controller of the data described here. Write to support@divotek.com about anything related to your data.

What we collect

When you send a contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if given, the service you are interested in, your preferred way of contact and your message.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the forms do not store your IP address. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. When a page is not found, we record the address requested, the referring page and the browser type to fix broken links.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Who processes it

The site and its database run on Cloudflare, and our email service provider delivers form notifications to our team. Both process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. They may process it outside the European Economic Area under safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to three years after our last contact with you and then delete them, unless they become part of a contract we must keep for longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@divotek.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We update this page when the way we handle data changes; the date at the top shows the current version.
