How we work with clients
Context first
At the first meeting we discuss your business goals, how the team works and your existing systems. A ready-made spec is optional: discovery helps define exactly what needs to be built.
A proposal for the task
We agree the makeup of the solution, the scope of work and the dependencies on external services. Our own CRM can be the foundation of the project, but we can also work with the client's system.
Working together after release
Support covers the operation of the system already built. Further development is planned as separate tasks with an agreed scope and cost.
Our own CRM as a base to adapt
DiVotek CRM is installed on the client's infrastructure. The client gets access to the package code, and the custom work lives in their project.
We also work with the client's own CRM, after studying what it can do and the connections needed.
