A site and CRM built around your business processes

The site and the team's work in one process: DiVotek CRM or your own system — you can start with the one you have.

Customer on the site

Browses the offer and leaves a request. We agree which data is needed at this step so the manager doesn't have to collect it again.

Manager in the CRM

Receives the request and works with the customer in the agreed funnel. Calculations, documents and available actions depend on your service and the staff member's role.

Data in the system

We define which changes should flow back to the site: for example, car availability or the order status in the customer's account. The scope of the exchange depends on the task and the CRM's capabilities.

We build the site and connect it to the team's work: requests, customers, documents and accounting. We adapt DiVotek CRM or connect the system you already use.

Two ways to do it: DiVotek CRM adapted to your processes, installed on your infrastructure, with access to the package's code; or connecting the CRM your team already uses, after we study what it can do. The DiVotek CRM code is yours forever, with no monthly subscription for it.

The package can cover requests and customer work, custom calculations, document generation, income and expense tracking, staff roles and external integrations. We define the final feature set after discovery.

For a car business we connected the site and the CRM, adapted the rental mechanics, and added income and expense tracking, documents and statistics. After launch, the client's team spends less time keeping information up to date.

We study the sources, the formats and the available way to export them. Then we define what gets migrated and how the data needs to be prepared.

//Budget

A guide for the first launch

from $7,500

A site and DiVotek CRM, with the core customer workflow adapted and the web part connected to the CRM. Roughly 250 hours of work at $30/hour.

We set the final cost after discovery. Migrating large volumes of data, extra integrations, infrastructure, external services and ongoing support are estimated separately in the proposal.
