//What we build

Platforms, stores and the systems behind them

Five ways teams work with us once the codebase already ships. Scope and quote are agreed after a short discovery call.

//01

Custom platforms & CRM

We build web platforms and internal tools around your process: customer portals, staff dashboards, role-based access, custom pricing rules, document generation and workflow automation. The logic is yours — we design it around the decisions your team actually makes, not a generic workflow builder.

CRM built on our base
We can build your CRM on our reusable base and adapt it to your process — quotes, deals, documents, roles. It is custom-built for your project, not an off-the-shelf subscription product.
Code is yours, no subscription
The CRM runs on your infrastructure. The code is yours to keep permanently — there is no monthly license fee for it, separate from any ongoing support you choose to buy.
Or we connect what you already use
If your team already runs a CRM, we can integrate it with your site instead of replacing it, once we've reviewed what it can actually do.
//02

E-commerce

Product catalogs, checkout, inventory and order management as one connected system — for a single storefront or several storefronts sharing one catalog, stock and order pipeline.

Multi-storefront catalogs

Run several storefronts from one product catalog, one stock count and one order queue, while each site keeps its own front end and audience.

Migration without losing data

We've migrated products, variants, pricing, reviews and blog content off Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart stores, including redirects for the old URLs.

//03

Integrations

We connect your site to the platforms your business already runs on: Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart on the storefront side, plus payment, shipping and accounting integrations scoped to your actual providers. We design the data-exchange rules — what moves, in which direction, and what happens when the other side is briefly unavailable — as part of the integration, not as an afterthought.

//04

AI features

One confirmed use so far: AI-assisted product content for a shared catalog — finding or generating a usable product image and preparing it to the site's format, and drafting product descriptions from structured input. We scope the task, the input data and the acceptance criteria before building, and we don't advertise capabilities we haven't shipped.

//05

Support & ongoing development

Once a system we built is live, we keep it running: bug fixes, incident response, and security updates to the project and its infrastructure. New features are scoped and quoted separately, often at a fixed price for the agreed piece of work — support is not a guaranteed uptime SLA, it's an agreed response commitment.

Retainer pricing
Retainers are priced individually based on your system and the scope of ongoing work. As a starting reference: from $300/month for a store, from $500/month for a site-plus-CRM setup. See contracting details for the invoicing entity.
What's covered
Bug fixes, outage response within our part of the stack, and security updates. Small agreed changes can be included in the retainer; larger features are scoped and quoted on their own.
